In her current role, Colleen leads market opening and market development for a digitally-enabled and reimagined electrical grid to meet the realities of our clean energy transformation, including catalyzing the policies and regulations to remove barriers to the adoption of new technologies.  Her prior experience includes Senior Director, Strategy, with Fluence, a leading energy storage developer.  She holds a PhD in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie-Mellion University.
