Dr. Jay Liu has 30+ years experiences in power system operation and energy infrastructure project planning, development, and integration. He has successfully developed and integrated more than 30,000MW conventional and renewable energy resources into power grids globally since 1990's, as well as 2000+ transmission infrastructure projects’ implementations. He is current the VP of Transmission at Exus Renewables North America. Dr. Liu is a senior member of IEEE.
