Hardeep Sandhu

With over 23 years of experience in the energy sector, specializing in substations, data centers, transmission & distribution (T&D), HVDC, automation, and controls. Currently serving as the Director Business Development - Data Centers at Linxon Americas, Hardeep brings extensive expertise in EPC execution, systems engineering, and design thinking to drive the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Before joining Linxon, Hardeep held key leadership roles at Hitachi Energy, ABB, and Areva T&D, managing multi-million-dollar projects across North America, the Middle East, and Asia. His background includes leading global PMO initiatives, product development, and execution of turnkey projects ranging from $0.5M to $50M. Hardeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has completed executive leadership training at IIM Bangalore. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, he continues to support the energy transition by enabling efficient, reliable, and scalable power solutions.
