Jeff Wahl is Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships at PADO AI, where he leads the company’s strategic positioning and partner ecosystem at the convergence of energy infrastructure, advanced compute, and grid-integrated markets. He works closely with data center operators, hyperscalers, energy OEMs, and utilities to deploy grid-aware compute orchestration, transforming power-constrained infrastructure into flexible, revenue-generating assets.

Jeff’s work focuses on enabling a new class of “grid-native” data centers—where compute, storage, and energy systems are dynamically coordinated to unlock faster time-to-power, higher asset utilization, and participation in capacity, demand response, and ancillary service markets—without compromising performance or reliability.

Prior to PADO, Jeff held executive leadership roles at both Utilities and Startups, operating at the front lines of grid modernization, system reliability, and large-load integration. This experience provides him with a deep understanding of utility constraints, regulatory dynamics, and system operations, allowing him to bridge the gap between digital infrastructure growth and grid requirements, and to shape solutions that are both technically viable and aligned with utility and market needs.
