Le Hui is the Supervisor of Transmission Planning – Load Interconnection at PG&E. With 15 years of experience in the energy and utility sector, including a decade in PG&E’s Transmission Planning group, Le has led technical analyses and developed grid expansion plans for both generation and load interconnections. Most recently, Le served as the technical lead for PG&E’s first large load cluster study in 2024 and currently oversees large load interconnection projects across PG&E’s Transmission system. Le holds a Ph.D. in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a licensed Professional Engineer in California.
