Marilyn Jayachandran is the Manager of Advanced System Analytics & Modeling at North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC).  She is also the NERC Lead for the Large Loads Task Force (LLTF), a NERC-led stakeholder initiative initiated to provide industry stakeholders with a better understand the reliability impact(s) of emerging large loads such as Data Centers (including crypto and AI), Hydrogen Fuel Plants, etc. and their impact on the bulk power system (BPS).

Previously, Marilyn has held various engineering positions at companies such as PJM Interconnection and Otter Tail Power Company. Marilyn's expertise includes transmission planning, renewable energy integration, and grid resilience evaluation. She holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
