Mr. Warner is the Vice President of PNM Operations & Engineering, overseeing a team of engineers and electric utility operations to drive advancements and ensure operational excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University and completed the Energy Executive Course at the University of Idaho. A licensed Professional Engineer in New Mexico, Warner has been with PNM since 2011, holding various leadership roles, including Director of Distribution Engineering and Managing Director of PNM Generation. He also serves on the board of WESST, supporting New Mexican entrepreneurs.
