Shipping information

Shipping, handling, and storage for DTECH Data Centers & AI will be managed by DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley – Scottsdale, which oversees the receiving, handling, and delivery of materials for guests and groups. If you plan to ship materials directly to the hotel, please review the outlined procedures, restrictions, and available package handling, moving, and storage services in advance.

Insurance 

A requirement of having a tabletop at DTECH Data Centers and AI is for ALL exhibitors to carry liability insurance throughout the Exhibition. The deadline for submitting the Certificate indicating adequate insurance coverage is May 10, 2025.
