Cindy Hoffman leads the Business facing Enterprise Data Strategy, Governance, and Analytics office for Xcel Energy, leveraging her 20-year utilities industry expertise. She has a long running and extensive focus on working across the business partners to drive operational alignment amongst people, process, technology, and data. Starting in Finance, then moving to Investor Relations, Cindy’s finance experience, combined with IT and Business collaborations, paved her path to solution architecture and ERP implementation leadership. These roles culminated in her spearheading the data strategy and data science initiatives at Xcel Energy.
