Deborah Erwin

Deborah Erwin is the Director of Product Policy, Customer Energy and Transportation Solutions at Xcel Energy, where she leads the Customer Product Policy team in supporting policy, regulatory strategy, and customer program development for all programs across Xcel Energy operating companies. Her key areas of focus for program and incentive development include clean transportation, renewable energy, and demand side management. Deborah’s work across these areas has been instrumental in advancing progress towards Xcel Energy’s goals to deliver 100% carbon-free electricity, provide net-zero gas service, and run all vehicles in service territory on carbon-free electricity or other clean energy by 2050. Prior to Xcel Energy, Deborah led policy analysis and provided technical expertise for the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin around renewable energy and wholesale and transmission markets.
