Rodney De Fouw

Rodney De Fouw is the Member Electrification Strategist at Great River Energy (GRE), a not-for-profit wholesale electric power cooperative serving 27 member-owner distribution cooperatives. In this role, he focuses on supporting GRE’s distribution cooperatives in their electrification initiatives, including advancing electric vehicle (EV) adoption and infrastructure deployment through community engagement and workforce development in the EV sector. With over 18 years of utility industry experience, including 6 years in the electric cooperative space, Rodney brings deep expertise around electrification, EV adoption, renewables, rates, distribution system impacts, and load management.
