While the West Coast is known for its sunshine and the East Coast for its seasonal chills, utilities in both regions face similar, significant challenges. From extreme weather events to the increasing demands of electrification and grid modernization, utilities are under pressure to maintain reliability, enhance customer service, and adapt to a rapidly changing landscape.

This moderated discussion is designed to foster a dialogue that transcends geography. Technology leaders from major West Coast and East Coast utilities will share experiences and lessons learned in using technology to improve everything from daily operations to emergency outage response.

Attendees will learn how utilities on both coasts are using technology to address a common set of problems. You’ll also hear about real-world successes and challenges to learn how a proactive, technology-first approach can be a force multiplier for any utility, regardless of its location.
