Andrija (Ani) Sadikovic
Ani is the Founder and CEO of Dorbs, a technology company building AI-native solutions that help organizations in the electric industry work more safely, productively, and collaboratively. He has more than 20 years of electric power industry experience spanning distribution and transmission planning and operations, smart grid technologies, advanced analytics, and AI. Ani has led teams that pioneered cutting-edge solutions, including AI-enabled planning and reliability applications deployed at scale across thousands of distribution circuits in the U.S. He also has extensive transmission experience supporting system expansion, renewable integration, and large-scale data-driven planning efforts. Ani holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
