Benjamin Mandel is Vice President of Market Development at L-Charge, a company specializing in ultra-fast, off-grid electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. In this role, he is responsible for driving strategic growth efforts and cultivating partnerships with private and public-sector entities to expand L-Charge's impact in the EV charging market. Prior to joining L-Charge, Ben held several senior roles at CALSTART, a nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating the growth of the clean transportation industry, including overseeing organization-wide strategy as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. His extensive background includes roles in sustainability and energy policy, notably in the New York City Mayor’s Office of Sustainability. He holds a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Science in Energy & Resources from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
