Program Manager, Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC)

Devan DiLibero joined MassCEC in 2024 as Program Manager and has over 8 years of experience in clean transportation.  She manages the Medium-and Heavy-Duty Mobile Charging Solutions Program, the On-Street Charging Solutions Program, and the EV Webpages Program at MassCEC. Her expertise is in EV education and overseeing charging installation programs. Devan lives in Rhode Island and has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Richmond University in London.
