Jenny Pearce is Vice President of Integrated Operational Services at Avangrid, where she leads reliability and operational resilience across the company's Northeast electric and gas utilities. She brings over 20 years in risk reduction, infrastructure resilience, and emergency management across the private and public sectors. Before Avangrid, she spent eight years at Southern California Edison, ultimately as Principal Manager of Business Resiliency, directing hazard assessment, mitigation investment, and emergency response for one of the country's most wildfire-exposed utilities. Earlier, she managed catastrophic disaster response programs at FEMA and public health response at HHS. She holds a master's in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon.
