Kaleb Holbrook

Kaleb Holbrook is an energy industry manager with nearly a decade of experience across renewable energy procurement, sustainable gas programs, and grid modernization at Southern Company subsidiaries.

Holbrook holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University and a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University. He began his energy career at Georgia Power in 2016, where he spent over four years working in renewable resources and distributed generation before leading utility-scale procurement of 2,000 megawatts of new renewable capacity through long-term power purchase agreements.

In 2021, he moved to Southern Company Gas as Manager of Renewable Gas Programs, overseeing renewable natural gas interconnection, carbon accounting, and sustainable fuels initiatives across multiple states. He returned to Georgia Power in 2023 as Manager of Generation Capacity Procurement before transitioning to his current role as Manager of Strategic Projects in July 2025, where he leads grid modernization strategy including the evaluation and deployment of grid-enhancing technologies.
