Marian Harkavy

Marian Harkavy is the Director of Policy and Planning at the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER), where she oversees policy development related to energy infrastructure, supply, and rates. Her team at DOER leads clean energy procurements, runs the Grid Modernization Advisory Council, and plans for the future beyond gas. Marian holds a Master in City Planning degree from MIT and a BA from Tufts University.
