All shipping, handling, and storage for DTECH Northeast will be managed by FedEx at The Westin Boston Seaport. FedEx oversees the receiving, handling, and delivery of materials for all guests and groups at the hotel. If you plan to ship materials directly to the hotel, please review the detailed procedures, restrictions, and available services related to package handling, moving, and storage in advance. Exhibitors are responsible for all package handling and storage fees. Prior to shipping, exhibitors must contact the on-site FedEx office directly to:

• Provide credit card information for billing
• Notify FedEx they are participating in DTECH Northeast

Important: The on-site FedEx office will be closed on Sunday, November 16. To avoid delays or the risk of packages being re-routed, all shipments must arrive no later than Friday, November 14.

A requirement of having a tabletop at DTECH Northeast is for ALL exhibitors to carry liability insurance throughout the Exhibition. The deadline for submitting the Certificate indicating adequate insurance coverage is November 10, 2025.
