It has come to our attention that unauthorized housing companies have been contacting DTECH® attendees via email and phone and in general, misrepresenting themselves as an official housing vendor for DTECH®.

The only official housing company for DTECH® is Connections Housing.  All other companies do not have any affiliation with DTECH®.  We highly caution you from engaging unauthorized companies because if/when issues arise, DTECH® management does not have the ability to provide assistance in solving them.

Please report any unauthorized housing and travel solicitations to Taylor Benavides.

Clarion here with a friendly reminder to always remain vigilant in relation to any change of beneficiary requests when processing payments to us. Bad actors frequently target small businesses and use a variety of tactics, including typosquatting, in an attempt to appear more convincing.  If you ever have any questions related to payment, changes in instructions from Clarion, or anything else, please always give us a call prior to issuing payment.

Health & Safety

Our emergency plans are in place to keep everyone safe. If the fire alarm is triggered or an evacuation is required, you will hear clear announcements, and event staff will guide you to the nearest safe exit. Evacuation routes are also displayed on signs throughout the hotel.

Please follow the evacuation safety steps below:

1. Be calm, courteous, and quiet.

2. Immediately evacuate the meeting area follow the evacuation plan posted on the wall.

3. Only use the stairs and exit doors. Do not use elevators or escalators.

If you need medical help, please approach the nearest DTECH® staff member who will direct you to the security team and help you get assistance quickly. To report an emergency, the in-house security team is onsite 24/7 and can be reached by dialing 66 from any house phone. This activates the hotel’s Emergency Response Team (ERT). The ERT will respond to the scene, assess the condition of the injured or ill person, and provide appropriate first aid. If the situation requires care beyond first aid—or if the individual requests it - the ERT will contact 911. A member of the ERT will meet the arriving EMS personnel and escort them to the incident location.

If the situation is immediately life-threatening and requires urgent medical attention, call 911 first, then dial 66 from a house phone to activate the ERT. The ERT will begin care as needed and assist EMS upon arrival.

All Safety and Security staff are certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid through the American Heart Association. The hotel has eight Phillips AED units located throughout the public areas: near the public restrooms on floors 1–4 of the Main Building and floors 2–4 of the ABC Building. In addition, the hotel maintains a well-stocked supply of first aid materials.

In the event of an emergency, our team is trained and ready to respond quickly. You will be notified via announcements with clear instructions. Evacuation routes are clearly marked, and event staff will be on hand to assist you.

If you've lost an item, please visit the event registration desk located in the Grand Horizon Ballroom Foyer (4th Level). For any assistance during the event, you can also reach out to the nearest staff member or security personnel.

If you notice anything unusual or suspicious, please report it immediately. You can alert event staff or onsite security by dialing 66 on any house phone. We encourage everyone to stay vigilant and trust their instincts. Remember: If you see something, say something.
