Robert is the Project Engineer for the Field Devices scope of TECO’s Advanced Delivery Infrastructure (ADI) program. He leads distribution protection philosophy updates, approves and implements distribution automation schemes, develops device settings, and coordinates design, construction, commissioning, private LTE conversions, operational technology dashboarding, and cross‑functional information sharing across engineering teams.
