Shipping, handling, and storage for DTECH® Reliability & Resiliency will be managed by the Marriott Marquis Chicago, which oversees the receiving, handling, and delivery of materials for guests and groups. If you plan to ship materials directly to the hotel, please review the outlined procedures, restrictions, and available package handling, moving, and storage services in advance. Shipments should arrive by August 27th and no earlier than August 19th to avoid incurring storage fees.

 

A requirement of having a tabletop at DTECH® Reliability & Resiliency is for ALL exhibitors to carry liability insurance throughout the Exhibition. The deadline for submitting the Certificate indicating adequate insurance coverage is August 18, 2026.
